Our DS2
project was based on Londons South Bank where we were asked to focus on; Re/investigate: Re/present: Re/construct
: Re/use.
My studio project comprised of a floating landscape that
fell inbetween two of Southbanks key buildings; The Hayward gallery and Royall Festival Hall. The project evolved through
exploring the art of parkour and the idea of creating shapes that flow over the existing architecture as if it was performing
the art.
From exploring the concept, the image of a landscape emerged and led to the creation of grass valley in
the cenre of london that looked out onto the thames.
